HIPAA form preview

PDF.js renders /hippa_blank.pdf. Field rectangles and labels come from /hippa_blank.yaml; overlays use a typical PDF yellow highlight. Drawn fields use a blue tint and do not change real PDF form widgets until you add that support. Fill fields in the sidebar, then use Apply to PDF to update the form on the page. Use Draw field on the viewer to mark a region.
